TEN TYPES OF WAILERS IN NIGERIA

10 TYPES OF WAILERS

If wailing is our last resort after an --election loss, we must do so with sense-- PRINCEWILL CHIMEREZE

As we celebrate this Government's one year in office,  It's also an Anniversary for the wailing wailers. For those who don't know,  The wailing wailers are sore election losers who has continued to wallow in the pain of election loss thereby clouding their judgement of the present administration and making them attack the government unnecessarily. They were christened "Wailing Wailers"  by Presidential aide; Femi Adeshina.
Before I list the types of wailers in Nigeria,  I must point out that criticism is different from crying due to election loss or attacking a government without any cogent  reason but just to oppose. Below are the types of Wailing Wailers in Nigeria.

1.  THE ELECTION LOSERS: This ones can't forget the 2015 Presidential election which their hero lost. They believed their hero was unjustifiably removed and they must fight for him. They roam about the Online space shouting 'Jonathan is a hero' as if we dey drag "Mr. hero" with them. They defend him at every given opportunity and rain abuses on anyone who talks about the mindless looting that went down during his reign.  This ones wants to make sure they show Nigerians how their decision to vote in Buhari was a Mistake. So they see nothing good about this present administration. They ask this administration to stop blaming the former government . If this administration don't blame them who will?

2.  THOSE WHO HATE NORTH: this type of wailers do not see anything good in the government just because the President is from the northern part of the country. They  litter our cyber space with such illiterate lines like 'Fear North' 'The problem of this country is North' etc. They jump on any ethnic issues to show how low they are. The solutions for this kind of people, i don't know. They cry victims at any given opportunity and accuse North of being the architect of their problem As if Namadi Sambo who ran with GEJ was not a northerner. Their only solution to the problem of the country is to divide it and let North be on their own. The eronously believe the North won't survive without the South. But they never cried for this When GEJ was in power. Wail on wailers.  Waiiiilllllllllll!!! .

3. RELIGIOUS BIGOTS: This ones are the most pathetic, senseless, and bunch of illiterates. This ones started during the build up to the presidential election. They continued till this day. To them this administration wants to Islamize Nigeria. They litter the online space with nonsense like, "The president wants to Islamize Nigeria" They hate the President cos he is a Muslim but will support Dasuki and Saraki. And you begin to wonder what remedy will be best to cure them. But unfortunately none. Their leaders are Femi Faani Kayode, Fayose etc. May God help them.

4. IPOB MEMBERS: This group have no direction. They remembered they need a country because the last administration was booted out. They sow seeds of discord and hatred in anyone they come across. They have created different online platform to deceive themselves about an imaginary country. This online platform only spread lies and hate messages about APC and Buhari. And you begin to wonder is it by spreading lies about Buhari and APC that you will actualize your struggle? This ones insult you when you don't agree with them or when people like me oppose them from involving the South south from their misery. Well, this group should continue at least an Imaginary Russian President holding their flag has backed them.

5. THE ETHNIC BIGOTS: This ones are similar to the Religious bigots. Their problem is that their region is not the ones at the Zenith of Nigerian leadership. They blame other regions for their woes as if those regions also elected their leaders for them. They only look out for religious coloration in any issue. Any appointment,  they will scrutinize it as if it's their exam note or Textbook to find out how many Northerners and southerners are in it. They DOUBTED chibok girls kidnap but believed Fulani herdsmen massacre in Agatu. To them anyone from their region in this Present Government is a sell out, traitor and an ''efulefu'' as my people will say. How low can a people get? Their leader is FFK, a man who insulted them before. Well this group, their case is With Tb Joshua.

6. THE ONES THAT NO LONGER SEE GOVERNMENT MONEY: This ones, when i see them i rub salt on their injury. Their anger is that stolen money from the destructive party the PDP is no longer coming.  The border was opened for them to import every irrelevant thing to the country and now its been closed. To them economy is moving as long as they make money even in  "Unfriendly economic" way. They litter different blogosphere with such illiterate lines as 'Bring back our corruption'  'There was corruption and bag of Pure water was bla bla bla and one begins to wonder where this people crept out from. They are the anti corruption fight foot soldiers.  They have benefited so much from share the money attitude and now its like their life is going to be paused by the "New Sheriff in town" .This ones their wailing will be too long to measure because tougher economic decisions will be made for a better Nigeria.

7. THE ONES THAT JUST HATE APC: This ones link everything that happens to them to the APC. They scream "Government of lies". "What do you expect"? This Government gave the former a robust and sound Opposition that every Nigerian saw the Need for them to go. To this ones, if APC was not formed they would have  still remain in power. They litter our online space with such lines as "A Party built on lies"  "A party of deceit". And when you ask them how truthful their PDP was, they become Dumb. They believed APC used propaganda to get the presidency and they must revenge it. By calling APC names? They should continue.

8. THOSE WHO JUST WAIL: This ones are just like those Girls who had no option but to watch football match with their boyfriend and just have to support his club whether they know what the game is all about or not. They just join to wail maybe for 'likes' from fellow online users or just not to be seen as deviating from supporting their family members, ethnic group or friends. This ones retweet others, like their posts  and also fearfully insult the government without any reason or direction. Well, this ones will realise themselves one day. I use to behave this way before i decided be well grounded in economic, political and other National issues.
9. THE ONES THAT HATE BUHARI: This ones will remind you how he never allowed them to come out of their mother's womb during Buhari's first stint at the nation's top job in 1983. How he jailed their family for running drugs, how he hate other tribes and all other unsubstantiated issues. They can't believe he won the election after their campaign of hate and calumny. They are the ones who keep asking for certificate of the President till date.  Him go bring the certificate una hear? Wetin una wan usam do?  Make una no take una life do better thing. Awon omo rada rada.

10. THE ONES THAT WILL INSULT THIS WRITER: This ones are just helpless. They think insulting those who oppose their unexamined stance on this government will increase their bank Account or Popularity. They wonder why people like Soyinka, Falana, Bakare, ezekwesili, other known vocal activist are not speaking out against this present government. And you begin to wonder what should they speak against in one year? And considering our present economic problems. They should join them in calling the President Dullard? Well, this writer welcomes insults at least it makes me know how ill trained some people in this age are and am ever ready to put them where they belong.

Which of the wailers are you or which one do you know? Use the comments box to tell me about it or disagree with what I 've written above.  You can share and invite your friends to come and tell me what I don't know.

WHEN A PROTEST IS BOUND TO FAIL

When a group of people have no clear reason for embarking on a strike or have political undertone to it, its bound to fail.

Below is a photo of recently held NLC strike against subsidy removal. And you begin to wonder, what they are protesting against.

****The first inscription in the screenshot above shows how confused they are *** Is that not what this administration is doing or trying to do?

***Now the second Inscription is laughable. Are they protesting against APC or Subsidy Removal? Looks like what was sponsored by PDP.

***Now below are images from the 2012 subsidy removal protest Now you can spot the difference yourself.

The current NLC leadership are bunch of directionless, irresponsible, and unintelligent fellows

WHY NIGERIANS WONT OCCUPY NIGERIA AS FUEL SUBSIDY IS REMOVED

WHY NIGERIANS WONT OCCUPY NIGERIA AS FUEL SUBSIDY IS REMOVED

Yesterday, the Internet was awashed with news of the Federal Government's removal of subsidy on premium motor spirit also known as fuel. This news came as a shocker to Nigerians and as a reason for some group of people (THE WAILING WAILERS) who does not want to move on with their life after the 2015 Presidential elections to justify their support for then President Goodluck Jonathan. Later that same day, the Government through its Minister for State for Petroleum released a statement that seems to not affirm or deny the news of subsidy removal.

Unlike the previous Government where Nigerians came out in mass to protest against subsidy removal, many Nigerians will not protest this one or only a few disgruntled elements who sees everything as politics or attach ethnic coloration to everything will do so. Below are some of the reasons why There would be no protest.

1. DUE CONSULTATIONS: Going by the statement released by the Minister for State for Petroleum Dr. Ibe Kachickukwu, the TUC, NLC and other stakeholders in Nigeria were duly consulted before taking this decision. Forget the threat by NLC they just want to make it look like they 've not failed Nigerians. The question is were they not represented in the meeting? What is their take on Saraki still occupying The Senate Presidency? What is their take on most of our universities on strike etc. Why is it that NLC only knows how to cry when it involves oil?

2. SINCERITY: Even the President's worst enemy knows he means well for Nigeria. They know whatever decision he takes is for the overall good of every Nigerian. Many will ask if the previous Government never meant well for the country? The answer lies on the characters and personalities of the two leaders and their stance on corruption and mismanagement. Many believed the former's Petroleum minister was corruption personified who said she was untouchable while the later is a man of proven integrity who will make judicious use of the proceeds from subsidy removal.

3. TACTFULNESS: Even till this moment, no one can say for sure that Petroleum subsidy has been removed. The government in their wisdom wants to go about it in the best possible ways as not to generate public outcry on the issue. The statement by the Minister proved that. The government knows the implications of removing fuel subsidy and has deviced the best possible ways out of it. Unlike the previous Government who woke up on January 1st when most Nigerians were still returning from Christmas and New year Celebrations and announced fuel subsidy removal.

4. FAITH IN THIS GOVERNMENT: Believe it or not there is an overwhelming belief in this Government. I dare anyone to conduct a sincere public opinion poll on their perception of this Government and you will be shocked on the percentage that will affirm their support for this Government. Forget some of the comments by some nitwits online who does not have grasp of economic issues and present economic woes but do so out of religious or ethnic sentiments that has kept them where they are. Most Prominent Nigerians are sympathetic to this Government this may be connected to their belief that this Government is still in its nascent stage and it's meaningless criticizing it this early.

5. UNCONSTRUCTIVE OPPOSITION: The present opposition in Nigeria are headless, directionless and has no moral right to criticize or call for civil disobedience because it's not in their modus operandi and has failed woefully when they were there. The present opposition led by uncouth, crass and crude Ayodele Fayose only flex their muscles when its religious and ethnic issues. Recently, the one who might have seen the issue as only affecting the South East or Christians just to create chaos in the land is answering to his involvement in money meant for arms purchase that was traced to his account. The other one who claims to be their media aide is busy looking for who to fight in the nearest night club tonight or spreading false news.

DIFFERENTIAL OIL PRICES: In 2012, When the previous administration removed fuel subsidy oil price was on the high side. Global oil market sold for over $90 per barrel as at January of that same year while today oil price is very much below $50. The powers that be made minimal or no significant impact on the lives of Nigerians in the mist of plenty why won't they be able to pay for Petroleum subsidy hence the occupy Nigeria during that time. Today, Sane Nigerians would wonder why they should involve themselves in meaningless protest when the current global oil price is nothing to write home about.

TIWA SAVAGE: MARRIED AND WAS STILL GIVING LAP DANCE

The beauty of marriage is the respect of the institution and the decision to drop whatever we were doing when we were single that can be detrimental to the marriage. Tiwa Savage threw caution to the winds even after she got married. On may 2014, in a performance for Star Trek, Tiwa Savage wore a raunchy outfit and even gave a lap dance to a fan on stage. In 2014, Tiwa Savage released a controversial music video of her song "Wanted" that video was filled with nudity and provocative dressing. As if that was not enough, in November 2014, at the Channel O music award, a live performance of their song "Girlie O", Tiwa Savage got cozy and cozier with Patoranking and gave him a lap dance.

While doing all these, Tiwa Savage forgot she was married. There are limits to what a woman can do when she is married no matter who she is (Whether celebrity or not). But many will say she is a star she needs to still give her fans something to wow on. The feminists will argue that the husband is also doing worst. "OK o" shebi una don seeam now. As a passionate fan of Mercy Johnson, when she wanted to get married I felt a bit bad not because I was not happy she was getting married but because I knew I would no longer be seeing those mind blowing scenes in her movies like I ve' been used to. Movies like "Shakira" and others. Not only that, the way she dresses in movies and function that appeals to bad thoughts filled niggers like me would also no longer be there. If she had continued the way she dresses or act when she was single, then I would have known she is flippant with the marriage.

Today, the social media is with stories of how TeeBillz her husband and manager wants to commit suicide. That Don Jazzy, Dr. Sid, (So Dr. Sid dey do this kain thing too) and Tuface had all tasted from his served food. Tiwa Savage in turn accused him of being an irresponsible debtor and even eating the food and "Punnany" of a certain woman named "Edible Caterer". Am I the only one who find the Tiwa Savage side of the story as a horridly made up story to make it look like she is the victim here.

All being said and done, I knew this marriage was headed to rocks even from the onset. No be by 50 million Naira wedding or Dubai. Who with her clear eyes gets married to a man with two kids that has not finalized his divorce papers. Who gets married and still gives lap dance at the slightest opportunity? Who gets married and is quick to wear tight revealing dress to different function in the name of celebrity? You are inviting the devil to your marriage.

Oya e don do make una allow us rest for this issue. Na budget issue be the Koko. If Tiwa Savage and TeeBillz wants to reconcile, they should do so. Let them sit together somewhere away from the eyes of the public and tell themselves the truth whether they want to continue or not. But before then, other celebrity married women living Tiwa Savage kind of life should be careful.

WHY THERE SHOULD BE NO NEED FOR #ISTANDWITHBUHARI

One of the reasons i stopped supporting former president Goodluck Jonathan was his pretence not to know what was going wrong around him and the way he allowed himself to be misled by sycophants and praise singers. At a time when Nigerians were going through different economic hardship, Okonjo Iweala brought all manner of her IMF elitist tactics and statistics to the point of rebasing our GDP and bestowed on us as the largest economy in Africa while many could not afford a day meal.

At first when Bokoharam was getting out of hand, many of his aides and associates made him believe it was a north thing or that it was devised to destabilize or Discredit his government. These sycophants, (many of which do this for their own selfish interests and pockets) will tell him that he is the best President Nigeria ever had, that people only envy him because he has achieved a lot and that's why they are fighting his government. They even pitched him against some individuals, groups and so on. Today the outcome is glaring even to the blind.

There was an advert on NTA where GEJ was compared with such greats as Lee Kuan Yew, Mandela, Obama, among others. That they did it and he will do it. That those behind him are more than those against him. I was particularly pissed off by that unnecessary advert, i usually switch to other stations whenever i stumble on it. How could anyone deceive the president in such manner even when it's glaring that things are going wrong. Well, the 2015 elections showed those behind him and against him.

The same scenario as noted above has almost started playing out through the #IStandWithBuhari# campaigners, Led by someone who wanted us to bring back Jonathan but since Jonathan was not brought back, he has realised he is about to fall, hence his wish to stand with Buhari not because of his so much love the president but because of his selfish interest.

I believe there's no need for #IStandWithBuhari and those around the President must shield him away from these leeching sycophants. The President must not toll the line of his predecessor, he must allow the common man to be his judge. He must come out with policies that will bring the people out of poverty, homelessness, unemployment, create a secure nation and an enabling environment for businesses to thrive.

When there is progressive good governance, the populace themselves will feel it. They will know when there is no more fuel scarcity, good roads, electricity, reduction of prices of foodstuffs, change in governance and other indices that characterise a good government.

Why should there be need for IStandWithBuhari? Is Buhari about to fall or falling? Is he now stuck in one place that he can't walk anymore that we all have to stand with him? A government that is barely one year old and some political jobbers have started different sycophantic campaign for it. What for?

Please no one should deceive the President let us allow him to work and when the need arises for us to make an assessment of his government, we will do so in all good faith whether good or bad. For now lets not distract him.

What we should pray for is that by 2019 we will say #ThankYouBuhari

AN OPEN LETTER TO RIVERS STATE YOUTHS BEFORE THE 2016 RE-RUN ELECTIONS

RIVERS YOUTHS LET'S SHUN ELECTORAL VIOLENCE

My Fellow Rivers youths, elections are test of popularity and not test of guns and Machetes. In 48 hours time we will all file out to elect our representatives for different parliamentary positions in a rerun election.

My brothers and sisters let us not play into the hands of selfish and greedy politicians and those who does not wish Rivers State well. The violence, killings and bloodshed since the build up to the general elections in 2015 have been one too many, worrisome and has continued till this day.

Rivers youths, let us stand up for once and defend our state. Come Saturday, march 19, 2016 let us use our thumb to make a statement. Let us conduct ourselves peacefully before and after the elections and accept the outcome in good faith no matter our divide. This is not about APC or PDP but about Rivers state. Elections, politicians, political parties will come and go but Rivers state will remain.

Let us not buy into the nonsense that is been sold to us by those who are bent on destroying our State. They have deviced many tactics in this regard.
One of such nonsense is that what happened in Bayelsa will happen in Rivers State. Let us ask them what happened in Bayelsa? How many people from Ekiti, Osun, Kaduna, Katsina or Anambra died in Bayelsa State? That some politicians decided to kill their people because of power you want it to be replicated in Rivers State? Most of those who died in that election were Bayelsans. My brethren lets tell them we are wiser.
Another of such nonsense is APC is northern party while PDP is South South party. But today, who is the leader of PDP, what religion and who is the leader of APC and what religion? This same people who use this divisive ideas to divide us will jump to any of these political party they castigate so long it will favour them. Political parties are meant to be used in getting to political office and no one is meant for a particular region in a democracy. Lets be wise.

Some of this politicians that many of us fight for do not even care about us. If they do, they will tell their children to lead most of this onslaught against perceived political enemies. They will provide employment for us instead of giving us guns, Machetes, and incitement against one another.

If we must support any politician or party, let us do so like educated youths and people who believe in the development of the state. We can engage in intellectual debates, rallies and seminar on any issue not in killing of ourselves over some politicians that some of us are better than.

Rivers youths do not put your life on the line for any politician. Vote and shun violence.

God bless Nigeria
God bless Rivers State.
God bless Nigerian Youths

NIGERIA'S PRESENT ECONOMIC PREDICAMENT AND THE NEED TO SAVE FOR THE FUTURE

Back in school, there's one of our lecturers that use to say, "Do not live the life you are suppose to live in ten years time now" there's a saying that do not live a life of champaign on beer income, one of my uncles then no matter how small always remains his food and when i enquired why? He said "You must always save for the rainy day".

The above assertions apply to Nigeria's present economic woes. What we are experiencing today is bad economic decision and policies by past administrations and leaders. There was a time when oil price sold above $100 per barrel, what did we do with the money, today it sells for a paltry $36 or there about. If we want skyscrapers to be built now with $30 daily income on oil barrel, then those who watched over while we sold it for $100 should refund us the excesses.

What do you expect when over the years and even till now, no one knows the actual take home of a senator in Nigeria including allowances. It is believed that a people numbering less than 200 share a great percentage of our annual budget. This is why when i see one man who says he is making common (NON)sense on TV i shake my head and just laugh. Till date he has not told Nigerians his take home as a senator or the pay cheque of an average Senator.

We were all here when a man opened our treasury and began to share money meant to fight crime among his cronies and you think there's no consequences for that? During the 2015 Presidential elections, i saw dollars everywhere. I wondered then if it has become our legal tender. Today the Naira is now shy whenever it sees the dollars. How can you go about spending dollars in a Naira economy and think the Naira won't be weakened?

Over the years we have based our political choice on ethnicity, religion and party. Hence our various bad leaders. Today what do we get? A leader enriches people from his region to the detriment of the Nation. If those who have been at the corridors of power have structured or restructured the country on strong economic, judicial, legislative, social institutions among others, we wouldn't have been this polarised as a nation today and faced with this myriads of problems as if we just gained Independence. A situation where some group of unpatriotic business men hold a nation to ransoms in the name of subsidy, or importation of various goods. This importers see themselves as demi gods and even sabotage Government efforts. When people take delight in suffering fellow citizens knowing they would blame government.

It is so saddening that a man told us he had no shoe before going into an office. But when he got there, he forgot all those who also had no shoes like him rather he bought more shoes for those who already have. That is why today many of us including me still walk bare footed. If he had bought us shoes, would they all have been bad this early that he left office that we still walk about barefooted?

Every day, we hear diversification. Previous administrations told us they have diversified and that agriculture has been boosted. Today the prices of foodstuffs that are locally made have skyrocketed including banned imported ones. If we have improved agriculture as we were told, why are we suffering just now they left. Where are the agricultural products?

We were told they built power plants that power have been privatised and electricity have improved. But today we hardly see light and when we do, it does not last and my friends say it has epilepsy. If power had been improved by past administrations, we would not have had it this bad even in the worst economic condition. Or is power also affected by dollar rise?

What we face today, is a lesson to us, not only to government but to everyone. When there's is surplus, a time will come when there might be nothing or reduced. In whatever we do, we must save for the rainy day. Today we suffer the consequences of our bad decisions. Many want a quick fix to a problem that took years to materialize. Is that possible?

Before we cry we must be Objective. This writer knows many who does not have a job today, but they still did not have six years ago. But they blame this Government more. And you begin to wonder. In those six years, they depended on crumbs from top politicians and forgot they needed a job and today those politicians no longer participate in yam and cow sharing, and as such no more crumbs for them.

If past government have done their job with the masses at heart and the love for humanity, maybe we wouldn't have been this impoverished or hit by this recent economic macabre dance.

Next time when have surplus, let us remember to save, or encourage those who manage our resources to do so.

We would love to hear from you, have you saved for the rainy day? Use the comments box. Critics are welcomed.

BEFORE WE BECOME A HATED REGION

,During the controversy surrounding the then President Yar'Adua's illness and the call for then Vice President Goodluck E. Jonathan to be made the acting President, It was the Save Nigeria Group (SNG) led by Pastor Tunde Bakare, Prof. Wole Soyinka and other well meaning Nigerians that took it upon themselves to organize protests and rallies to demand that Jonathan be made an acting President. These were Yoruba men who believe the right thing should be done at all times. With the pressure from these groups and the international communities coupled with divine providence, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan was made an acting President in 2010.

During this time, Ankio Briggs, Edwin Clarke, Akpabio, and other acclaimed activists from Niger Delta never organized any rally, not even in PortHarcourt, Warri or Calabar. They remained silent. Fortunately when Jonathan won Presidential in 2011 and during his reign as President, the wife who is constitutionally irrelevant decided to throw shades and insults to a man who fought for her husband's emergence as the President of the most populous Nation in Africa.

During this time, the South East who later adopted Jonathan as their son, never blocked the Onitsha bridge to demand that he be made President, they were doing "Sit down look". But fast forward to 2015 General elections, Jonathan became the best thing after Ojukwu and they will do anything to bring him back to power. Incase many don't know, the acclaimed love for Jonathan was not due to the fact that Jonathan was the best for the presidency, or that he was truly their son as they claimed but because they enjoyed lots of Privileges and juicy positions during his reign as the President many of which plunged us into this present economic quagmire.

They told everyone who cared to listen how Jonathan was not allowed to rule in peace, how Apc caused every problem in Nigeria how they are Islamic party, Northern party etc. They came up with the rubbish that Amaechi is a betrayer and Judas. (I guess Edwin Clarke now is also a betrayer going by his recent utterances and dumping of the PDP) Like their gullible followers who buys into anything they utter, even when they do so for political gains, they replicated it everywhere possible and even took such illiterate sentiments that should have been questioned to the polls and crashed. Today they blame every other region for their woes.

The above background form the basis of this article. After losing the election, instead of learning from the loss that Nigerians were fed up of gross incompetence and pseudo leadership exhibited by President Jonathan, they continued with their irrelevant party sentiments, they pushed unnecessary sentiments to the South-South. This days you will hear such nonsense from some section of the youths in South-South as APC has no place in South-South and South-East, they are Islamic party with Islamic agenda and other nonsense.

I must remind my Brothers from the South-South that as at 2014, there were two States that belonged to the APC (Rivers and Edo). That the founding fathers of the PDP came from different region of the country and so also is APC. The APC has among its founding fathers Ogbonaya Onu, Tom Ikimi, Rochas Okorocha etc. From the South-South and South-East so how then is it a Northern or Islamic party? It must pointed out that every party was registered at the National level and serves as a platform for anyone to achieve its political ambition and contribute their own quota to national building. No party was registered as a Regional one.

The nonsense of terming a political party as religious or regional will not profit our Region the South-South. We must resist such nonsense being sold to us by political miscalculators. Every political party should be embraced by our people. We should not demonize any political party out of sentiments but we should criticize them based on facts, sound arguments, and having the interest of the Nation at heart. No matter what they do or say, if they must rule this nation, the votes of South-South and South-East will not be enough to earn them the Presidency seat. So lets allow them continue in their irrelevant sentiments. But when any of their politicians want to achieve their political ambition, they will jump into such party they hated yet their gullible, illiterate followers being used. Like many of them are doing now.

I am appealing to my South-South brothers and sisters especially the youths not to join in this nonsense of terming a political party as belonging to a particular region or religion. When you say a political party is for a region or religion, what do you mean by that? What do u tend to achieve with that? How do you want such region to feel about you? Before we become hated like the miscalculating region lets put a stop to that nonsense. We will rule this country again that is certain. If we must do that we will need the support of other regions and a political party to achieve that. We must not play into the hand of mischief makers, discord creators. Let us stop the saying that a particular party is for a region or religion and has no place in South-South. It will do us no good.

THINGS IPOB SUPPORTERS SHOULD CHANNEL THEIR PROTESTS INTO IN THE SOUTH EAST

It must be pointed out that when a people misplaces priorities, they begin to live a confused life. Since the loss of President Jonathan at the poll, there are insignificant few who does not want to come to terms with the reality on ground. These persons have cashed in to the misguided message of a man based in London and who might not suffer any consequence of his unguarded utterances and resurrection of a painful experience over 35 years ago. This misguided few go by the Name Indegeneous People of Biafra. (IPOB) they have been engaging in protests. What they arepprotesting for is unclear to me. But here are lists of what they should channel their energy into instead of the present one they have embarked on. ________________________________________________________ 1. GOOD GOVERNANCE IN THE SOUTH EAST: Imagine these IPOB supporters carrying placards that they demand good governance from all Five South East Governors. That they want the allocation that is received by South East Governors to be judiciously used to develop the area. That the available resources should be harnessed for the betterment of the people. This will be lauded than wearing black and blocking the only road that connect your region and others. ________________________________________________________ 2. GOOD LEADERS : Are you kidding me? After the poor leadership exhibited by T.A Orji he was still voted into the senate? The South East is lacking in terms of quality leaders full of integrity and ready to work for the people. These IPOB supporters should demand that they be represented by leaders of proven integrity. ________________________________________________________ 3. EDUCATION OF THE POPULACE: Many believe that a particular region are the ones that are more uneducated in the country or has more illiterates. This is erroneously erroneous. Someone stays in London and ask you to stockpile arms for war, you should kill other tribes, and many heeded to his wrong command and even started disturbing the peace of a Nation cos such person was arrested? In 21st century? I wont say much on this. _______________________________________________________ 4. STATE CREATION: The time and energy used in blocking Onithsa bridge, imagine channeling such energy in demanding from the legislatures one more State for the region. Have a conference where they will mandate all their representative to push for at least this singular agenda even though its their only achievement in four years. ________________________________________________________ 5. POLITICAL RESTRUCTURING: The south east is always miscalculating politically and this the end product of bad leadership. Ojukwu contested and they voted Obasanjo, there was a candidate of Igbo extraction in Lagos and they left him to rally behind Jimi Agbaje how? Seriously how? You saw a man whose six years in power was a disaster you decided to throw all your weight behind him. Just because Ngige was in APC you left him and voted Ekwunife thereby losing the senate presidency. There is need for serious overhaul of the political structure of the south east party sentiments should be replaced with outstanding individual qualities of integrity, accountability and believe in the development of the people. ________________________________________________________ 6. PURGING THE PEOPLE OF UNECESSARY POLITICAL SENTIMENTS: The South East needs to be purged of some meaningless, unnecessary, irrelevant and unprofitable political sentiments. APC is an Islamic party, they are Bokoharam party. Do you mean it? No wonder APGA has not gone beyond Abia State because it should be regarded as Yahoo Yahoo , Ritualists, and 419 party. No party was registered in a particular region they were all registered at the National level and should serve as platform to actualize anybody's political ambition no matter your tribe or religion. The South South should be weary of this type of sentiments and avoid it because some discord creators have started creating this impression on the region and it should be resisted. You want the presidency of this country and you are demonizing a party? What if that party is your only sure way of climbing to that post will you get there? IPOB supporters should use their energy to pursue this course and change this type of sentiments in the SE. ________________________________________________________ 7. DEVELOPMENT OF THE SOUTH EAST: I would have left my duty post to join the demonstrations if it was for development of the south East. Such developmental issues like Second Niger bridge, a seaport, building of industries, etc should have formed the basis for the protests. Business men and women from the region prefer to invest more outside than in the region. Go to Trade Fair, Alaba Market, Computer Village, Kano Main Market etc. They form major stakeholders in this places. Development of the region is needed more and should be vogorously pursued. _____________________________________________________

HOW TO CELEBRATE VAL WITH YOUR LOVER IF YOU ARE BROKE.

Though Valentine day was not intended for romantic relationships, but over the years lovers have hijacked it as a day of celebrating their love for one another and it seems it will forever remain so.

On valentine day, many people expects gifts from their lovers and maybe for the guy to take them out. (this is a Nigerian mentality though, as many western and developed nations have surpassed this "na man suppose take woman out" attitude). But due to the harsh economic condition and youth unemployment, valentine is sometimes not enjoyed by the poor and low income earners
Here are ways to go about the valentine day if u don't have money or broke.

On that day, try to do something no matter how small. On that day, clean your house in a new way possibly, some romantic arrangement with your lover's pix or pix of both of you together, hanged/pasted in diferent places in your room.

Lets assume you have 600 Naira with you, you can buy meat #200, two cups of rice, where i stay its #60 per cup, tin tomatoes and fresh one #100, Oil #50 and maggi #10 amounting to 480. Ask her to boil rice make stew with those foodstuffs that day. Allow her wear one of your T-shirts while she do the cooking then buy soft drinks with the remaining #120.
Enjoy the meal together with laughter, teasing, and feeding of each other. Please compliment her cooking.

If you are opportuned to have a tv/dvd watch some romantic movies or play music, If you don't have, play some party jamz with your phone so both of you can dancefor some hours and thereafter play some heart touching cool music (blues) like:
Forever – Paul Play
I swear – boyz to men
I swear – westlife
Don't brake ma heart – Banky W
Because you loved me – Celine Dion.

After the music, sit together on your bed, look into her eyes, hold her hands and let her know how your world have not remained the same since you met her, how you wish to see her grow old with you, how you cherish every moment you spend with her, that she owns your heart alone. Let her know that tomorrow will be better than today, that you will pay her patience and love with hardwork to give both of you a better future. Let her know its not by mr. Bigg's, shoprite, Tantalizers etc, but by what you truly feel down your heart and soul.

Retire to your bed late at night and spend the night the way you wish.

Happy Val in advance friends.
